Well what do you know? I've got that cookbook too. I just pulled it
off the bookshelf. First edition (C) 1986. It's a hardback cover but
with pages inside like a 3-spiral notebook. I've never spent too much
time looking through it. I threw it on the bed to look through tonight
though.
