Our problem is that we like them so much in their youth that they rarely
get a chance to age chez nous ;-)

Yes, that's correct. We drink so little of that commune that it's easy
to forget how structured the Gamay from there is.

Damien Coquelet is the nephew of Georges Descombes. I've had a few of
his wines, and they're quite nice in a more carbonique style. I've also
got some of the Foillard and Coudert awaiting cooling weather for shipping.
