Simple enough. For hot tea, I buy some very good Ceylon black teas.
For iced, plain old Lipton, Tetley, etc is good. About one bag for
every 8 ounces of water. Just as the water comes to a boil, turn off
the heat,drop in the bags. Steep 4 to 5 minutes. Longer can get bitter.
