Would seriously consider buying one if they were cheap. Would probably only use it every one or two weeks, so not an essential kitchen gadget, but I like fresh flatbread. (Unlike rice cookers; ours gets used more than once per day on average.)

Dinner today will be skewered cumin/coriander/chilli lamb, served in flatbread with onion and tomato. One of these would be nice, popping out freshly cooked bread.
