The next time I'm in Brisbane I'll keep my eyes open!
We've got a German operation in Orange, California that rules the
roost: Mattern. Both for their coldcuts/lunchmeat and myriad sausages.
Everytime I'm in a pub or restaurant eating a vurst of some kind and
it's really exceptional, I ask where they got it. With a little pushing
and shoving I always eventually get the same answer: Mattern.
