John: Yes, I was trying to peel them cold. Now I run them under some
warm water before hand, seems to help. Thanks. I also halve them to
pit and quarter them to peel

isw & MaryL: I like topping them quarters off with lots of different
spices, sauces, and oils, so I want them completely out of their
skins.
