I use this in a salad using sea vegetables. It's a low-fat adaptation of
another dressing from a raw recipe book that calls for chili oil.
2 T. rice vinegar
1 T. water
10 drops hot pepper sauce (or to taste, i like mine with just a hint of
spicy bite)
1-1/2 t. mellow white miso
1/2 t. sesame oil (or just enough to give the dressing a hint of a sesame
taste)
