I really doubt the weather had much to do with it.

People keep
trying to tell me it never rains here. (Personally I think they're
crazy.) It poured down rain here yesterday, yes. It was windy, too.
But it did that all Spring and into Summer, often for days at a time.
The breaker didn't trip then.
