I just finished re-reading Anthony Bordain's 'Kitchen Confidential'.
Apparently there is more than just marijuana to be concerned about.
Rampant use of cocaine, meth amphetamines. Allegedly everyone in the
kitchen is stoned.
Oh, and don't order the fish special on Monday.
