Sounds good to me! I rarely look for racks of lamb.
For some reason when I think of racks of lamb, I picture it as a crown
roast topped with little paper panties. I must have seen a picture in a
cookbook years ago. That's what sticks in my mind.
I see from looking online my local Publix does sell racks of lamb.
Price? The web site says "market price". You can bet that means you're
not getting a "deal".
