Frying does seem to do the best tasting job in many cases. I'm sure
tortilla chips would be one.
I just finished a bag of Tater Tots yesterday. At first I just
microwaved them (lazy way out) and then some I cooked in the oven on a
cookie sheet (much better). Yesterday, I deep-fried the last little
batch and what a difference. Nice and flavorful and crunchy. That's
the way to go.
