Unless you, like me, love both turkey and ham. I always buy at least 2
additional turkeys at Thanksgiving, so we can have it more than once a year.
I would eat turkey once a week, if it were easier/cheaper to find parts
(as opposed to a whole bird). Turkey breast tenderloins? Yes! Half
turkey breast? Yes!
If only I could convince more people to eat turkey more often, so there
would be more options at my local grocer...
