Yes, it's the DIC. But there are so many acronyms associated with this
place. There's a separate DIOA (owners association for things like
maintaining and paving the roads - I wish they'd put in some street
lights!). The DIARB. (Dataw Island Architectural Review Board - must
have approval if you want to paint your house.)
Frankly, I don't care who claims the tax deduction. I can't.
