How much is your pizza sauce worth to you?

Bertolli marinara, or tomato and basil.
I'm on the verge of trying to make my own. I bought the ingredients.
But I bought fresh basil and didn't realize it was not supposed to be
refrigerated, and it went weird and I got discouraged. Kroger keeps in
the section with mushroom, spinach bags, etc. that is cooled and I got
confused... I'm going to regroup and try it soon.
Maybe tonight. Would be a good project. I will probably get
brick-brats, but I bought some of the little can basil in the Spice
Island section. After my fiasco with fresh, I thought I would try that
first.
