That's not what they think here in our overcrowded shelters! They take a
dim view of people who turn in their pets when they can no longer afford
them or have to move or someone is allergic or any of the other reasons they
give.

As for a person who is homeless, chances are they hooked up with a homeless
pet too. And chances are at many of the overcrowded shelters in *this*
country, those pets will be euthanized shortly after they go in there.

Of course I am not saying that any pet should be homeless any more than any
person should be homeless, but things do happen!

Then they got lucky if they could do that. But I'd be willing to bet that
most people aren't going to find someone to do that.
