My recipe doesn't look any spicier -- one can vary the amount/type of
chile, of course.

1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb pork sausage
1/2 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 T chile powder (ground chile)
3 T vinegar
1/4 t pepper
1/2 t cinnamon
1/4 t cloves
1 t (dried) oregano
1 t salt
