LOLOL! I actually looked at some frozen phyllo the last time I was at
the grocery store. Sure, I could make Spanikopita. Or a sweet like
Baklava. Not going to happen. Even with prepared phyllo/filo, those
are the types of things I leave to people who have been making them for
years.
