Sure, I'd rather have some food to stash in the freezer. For the 2013
assessment, the items on the list are the *only* items that will still
apply to the current year. $20 for a quart of soup sticks in my craw.

Maybe the chef is following the Hogmanay tradition and is cleaning out
the freezer.
