Hmmmm......
My Cuisinart comes with a 2mm slicer. They make a 1mm "ultra-thin"
slicer, but only fer huge 25 C commercial models. Dya think if I fed
yams/sweettaters into the 2mm slicer with very little feed pressure,
they'd come out thin enough fer chips? I'll be deep frying in peanut
oil.
