I have several orders. Plus folks are watching me on Facebook and
"liking" my posts there! I expect among them I'll have some clients!

I expect to take a wash on this, but damn is it fun! I've fully
realized I can temper chocolate just my the feel of it! I'm a
chocolatier! :-)
