I was looking at the the 7000 Concept at http://tinyurl.com/vg1c or the MUM
4405, which can be found at http://tinyurl.com/vg1j . At this time, I
don't think I would need the 700W of the Concept since I haven't started
experimenting with heavy doughs, but neither would I need the extra
accessories that come with the MUM. But who knows what the future holds.
They both come with plastic bowls, so I would probably get the optional
stainless steel ones.

I've not seen any Kenwood aka Delonghi mixers in Winnipeg, yet, but there is
a Bosch store near my house where I have browsed. I have no particular
reason for choosing Bosch over KA, except that I like the way the Bosch
mixers look (I'm a slave to the fashion fairy, even in the kitchen) and I
have not heard as many complaints about them (though I have not heard much
feedback about them at all, really). Too bad they don't come in fancy
colours...
