No Super Bowl party here, hoping the game won't even be turned on.
Your method sounds fine, but I've never made super nachos, mainly
because I don't like all that stuff on my nachos -- however, I've
never been enamored with "stuffed" potatoes, so it figures.

I have some chicken that needs to be used for something and was
thinking about making tortilla soup.
