Anyone Make Chef's Knife With Serrated Blade?
Does anyone make a beefy chef's knife with a serrated edge on most of the
cutting surface? I would use this primarily for things with hard outside
shells. A normal chef's knife will do for such cases, but I would love to
have the serration in an additional knife. 7" or 8" would be good,
preferably with a very heavy substantial piece of steel to back up the
sawing motion.
