Ah, thanks for that.
Tell them it's Coquille Saint-Jacques and they should at least tell
how they prepare it.
I also like the "lightly dusted with [...] peppercorns" ....
Lightly dusted with pepper, OK. Lightly sprinkled with peppercorns, OK.
