People can't always empty it right away. Used to be that after dinner, I'd
help Angela with homework. Couldn't very well tell her to stop and wait
till I emptied the dishwasher.

And if you were having dinner at someone's house... Would you want them to
leave the conversation to go empty the dishwasher?
