The various Teriyaki takeout places that are almost as common as drive
through coffee huts here do a salad. Yeah, I know that Teriyaki isn't
Chinese but a lot of people don't seem to know that. Including some of the
"Chinese" restaurants here. The salad is no more than a hunk of iceberg
lettuce. I have no clue why they do that. Perhaps they think it helps to
lessen the effect of all the grease they put in their food.
