Cloned what recipe, the crust? Their crust is much better than frozen
pie crust, but not any better than any fresh pie crust.

My wife buys a lot of Baker's Square pies at their local restaurant. I
like their French Silk pies, but most of the others I think I can do a
better job myself (and have a 10" pie instead of an 8")

I could probably do as good a job with the french silk pie too, but a
10" silk pie would be dangerous.
