Did they happen to mention what 'choice of side' was on offer (and if
said 'side' might have contained truffles or caviar - or some such)?

I ask this because my two children made 9 grilled ham, cheese *and* tomato
sandwiches today for the family (all of which were served on wheat bread)
- and the ingredients cost USD7.28
