Default Hummus without garbanzos/chickpeas

One can make hummus with any kind of beans. Obviously it's much
cheaper and better to cook your own beans instead of using the canned
kind which invariably taste like metal to me.

I make hummus all the time, and in my opinion the real key is to use
plenty of garlic, tahini, and OFCPEVOOIFLOSOCOOP.
