I doubt that I could digest a meal that I knew was to be my last.
However, all dietary restrictions would be irrelevant so I'd like a
steak with fries and asparagus with hollandaise, I'd drink a good red
wine from Australia and finish with apple pie with well-aged cheddar and
Kauai coffee.
