I'm in a mood to bake - looking at Pinterest for ideas and saw these
recipes, but have questions about them

Mixed peel? Orange, lemon and lime (I followed the link). Is this
something you buy in a jar or make yourself? What form is it in?
Whatever it is, 45 grams is a LOT. I have grated lemon peel and
grated lime peel in my freezer, but I doubt it's enough... even if I
grated a couple of oranges to go with.
