I'd say you'd be fine if the meat is leftover steak from the night
before. In fact, I dunk very little bread. I prefer dunking chunks
of apples, (firm) pears and hard salami. Think of all the low carb
food you like to eat that goes with cheese and cut it into chunks for
dunking.
