What's wrong with using flounder left over from last night, if that's what you're hinting?
Maybe you just didn't think of walking away from that inheritance house. If someone left ME a house, I think I'd just swallow the dining thing and make the best of it.
I have a relative who inherited a gorgeous condo and was still glad to pay the high maint. every month. It was still the best shot in the arm he ever received.
