lol I see what you mean. tbh I would never dream of making a gallon of
sauce. I tend to make enough for around 2 meals

Heck if I made
everything in such huge portions I would never get to do any cooking
iyswim

When I was working I made a lot more food for the freezer, but now
I don't need to and I am loving it.
