I've got a couple of friends who go to Cuba every year. And every year they come back complaining about the food. It seems that the resorts can not do a proper roast chicken.
I've heard that Cuban food is delicious, but the resorts try and make EuroFood, and end up falling on their backSides.
A Cuban fellow I know told me that Cuban food is great, but if good food is desired, stay away from the resorts.
Does anyone agree/disagree?
