Thank you! I've never heard of it either, but I'm not Jewish - so
there are a lot of Jewish/Kosher dishes I've never heard of. In fact,
I just realized that the ubiquitous two kitchens people come across
(when moving from the West Coast to the East Coast) are Kosher
