There is always the ol' baby powder in the scalp type of hair 'washing.' I know what you're going thru - can you bend over a sink or even make do with the shower head, if it's hand held?
I once went eleven days without a shampoo and it's pretty horrible. Nurses came running to my screams of delight when I finally could wash over the hospitalroom sink with some help.
