Use them. They keep pretty well and are amazing when caramelized. They
went up this year and were $28 for 50 pounds.Last year we paid $24

1015 onions (named for the time the onion sets are planted) are children
of the Bermuda onion that Texas A&M adapted to grow here in the lower
Rio Grande Valley. They are very sweet and juicy but also work well in
cooking.

There are very few dishes or salads and no soups that I make that don't
contain onion.

We also bring them to friends when we are traveling in the RV. George
and Becca will be getting some.
