I'm surprised Popeye's has gravy. And, the only thing they have I dislike
is their biscuits -- a waste of calories IMHO. So I can totally see the
point of making your own.

I will stop by Popeye's on Tuesdays for their leg and thigh special
while my wife makes a green salad. But if I have leftover mashed potatoes
from Sunday or Monday, I will nuke them for a side dish.
