I don't buy the mashed potatoes, just the gravy, and homemade biscuits are
pretty easy.

1/2 cup flour, all purpose is fine, but cake flour is ideal.
1 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
1-1/2 T butter, Really cold butter, cut in with a vegetable peeler, and
worked in with a fork, not hands is best.
4 T milk. A little more milk makes the dough harder to work with, but the
bicuits are moister.

Yeild: 3 biscuits
