Pomegranate juice can go very well with beef. It's done in Iranian/Persian cooking. One example:

But pomegranate juice would be better than pomegranate juice drink. One could use pomegranate molasses/syrup. Whether pomegranate juice drink would be OK will depend on how much pomegranate juice is in it, and how much added sugar. Pomegranate juice is very sweet, typically about 15% sugar. It's also sour, so it's good for a sweet and sour effect in cooking.

Lychee juice might go well in a lychee and coconut pudding. Maybe based on tapioca balls. Or something like this: http://www.veggiebelly.com/2010/02/t...e-pudding.html with lychee juice instead of lychees.

If all else fails, just drink them.
