Not true. Honey can become spoiled. Honey can last hundreds, even thousands
of years but eventually it will spoil... bear in mind that the honey discoverd
from eons ago just happened to survive, naturally , far, far more spoiled than
survived, just that there's not much to say about something that didn't
survive... I mean like what's to say about an empty crock.

It's important to protect honey's low moisture levels to keep it from spoiling.
Since it's so dry, honey acts as a moisture magnet. It will absorb humidity
from the air, and can become moist enough to ferment in humid conditions. For
this reason it's important to keep your honey in tightly sealed containers.

The packaging used for honey these days (glass jars with metal lids and plastic
jars) ensures that honey will not survive very long.
