It's such a comfort to have a few meals or prepared dishes on hand.
Right now my refrigerator top freezer is pretty bare of ready-to-go items
-- just a lunch portion of spaghetti with Italian sausage and marinara
sauce next to a big batch of sausage biscuits for busy mornings. I
cooked a crockpot full of pork chops today. I will freeze the leftovers
for easy dinners later on.
