Filet mignon, but only when prepared by a good cook. I have never

Best meal I ever had was at a small local restaurant in our former
hometown. An 8oz perfectly prepared filet mignon, baked potato, green
beans almondine, lettuce wedge with homemade avocado dressing. Dessert
was a small scoop of lime sherbet. Remembering that evening always
brings a huge smile to my face. (-:
