Default How well do you cook your steak?

There are color charts showing what to expect at different temperatures.
Rare has a red center, then it grades up to medium rare, medium (pink),
medium well, well.

Why do you like well done? Is it a taste thing or do you object to the
color and juices of a more rare steak?
