I didn't say it was new, I said just the opposite. I just mentioned
that one well-known cooking expert considers it a good idea, even with
good coffee. That makes it at least worthy of consideration in my book,
even if not actually going so far as to try it.

Hey, I don't do it, either, but I don't think it tastes terrible and I
