Because I don't want to have to run to the store for just milk. Much of the
time we don't consume any milk or very little at all. This stuff at $1.00 a
box can't be beat and the milk consumers do like it. When I buy even a pint
of refrigerated milk, I will pay at least $1.00 for it unless perhaps it is
some store brand on sale. And often when I buy milk, I wind up having to
throw most of it out. With this stuff, it's always here when someone wants
it and it keeps for about a year.
