You might try one of my favorites that eliminates bread. Use thinly
sliced turkey and roll up whatever you like (cheese, tomato, lettuce,
mayo, etc.) inside the turkey. Eliminates the bread and still gives you
the protein you need, all in a yummy snack! Works for me.
