I recall being in Seattle in the late 1990's and wanting to taste this
new Starbucks coffee that was all the rage. We were in downtown Seattle
and went to one of their stores. We paid more than a normal amount of
money for a cup of very poor coffee. We split an over-priced muffin and
that was not too bad.
