I know what his agenda is. It's to have a successful publishing
empire. PBTM is a journalism major. He got into cooking cuz it has a
huge audience. He admitted it in an online interview, which has since
mysteriously disappeared. I can't fault the man for fulfilling his
dreams, even if I find his magazines to be trite and mostly useless.
All you gotta do is watch the guy to see it's obvious he's not a chef
or even wants to be. I'm no saying he doesn't enjoy cooking, but he'd
rather be the big cheese than be an expert on the subject.
